4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check that all shipping information provided is correct at checkout. UpperBodyFitness is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.

5. Return of Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to arrange a reshipment. Reshipping fees may apply.

6. International Shipping

For international orders, customs, duties, or taxes may be applicable depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient, and any customs-related delays are beyond our control.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, UpperBodyFitness is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at Gymaccessories84@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the matter with the carrier.
